- Do you store static caravans?
Yes — we can store static caravans up to 9 metres long, which covers some but not all models. Most static caravans are longer than this, so please check the length before contacting us. - Can I change my storage plan?
Yes – just call us and we can see if we have another plot available that you want. - But I only need a storage plot for a few months?
No problem – just call us to take up our short term storage solution. - What if I change my vehicle?
No problem – our plots are 8/9m deep so are generous enough for most vehicles. - Do I need to remember an access card, fob, or PIN code to get in?
No – we use ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) to control access. This recognises your designated number plates so you just turn up and the gate opens. - What are the access hours?
We control access between 7.00am – 10.00pm 7 days a week. If you need access outside of these hours please call us 24 hours before hand to arrange. Please note: If you’re on a Vault Lite plan, standard access hours are slightly different — Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm, Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm, and closed on Sundays. - Can I allow another person to collect or drop off my vehicle at the site?
Essentially yes – the number plate you designate is the one that gets you access. You can assign another person’s vehicle – but as the customer you are responsible for their actions at the site. So ensure they are trusted! - Why is THE VAULT not CaSSOA registered?
We feel we don’t need accreditation at this time as our security is designed to EXCEED the best security standards around. - Will I still get insurance savings if I store at The Vault?
